These Terms & Conditions govern your use of giftisyou.us and any curation services provided by GiFT Bharat Pvt. Ltd. ("GiFT Bharat", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an inquiry with us, you agree to these terms.

Our Curation Process

GiFT Bharat is a curated gifting studio, not a fixed-catalogue retailer. Every hamper is assembled to order based on the requirements you share through our Curation Form or directly with our team. After you submit an inquiry, we connect with you over a discovery call or WhatsApp to understand your requirements, refine your vision, and share a final quotation before any payment is requested.

Quotations & Payment

Quotations shared with you are valid for the period stated at the time, as prices for individual components (sourced goods, packaging, logistics) may vary. Orders are confirmed only once you accept the final quotation and complete the requested payment via the payment link shared with you. We currently do not process payments directly through the website.

Customisation & Accuracy

Please review all personalisation details (names, messages, addresses, dates) carefully before confirming an order. Because each hamper is custom-curated, we are not able to accept changes once an order has entered production, and we cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation details supplied by you.

Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, product curations, and creative narratives presented on this website are the intellectual property of GiFT Bharat Pvt. Ltd., intended exclusively for initiatives, collaborations, sales, and reselling activities conducted under the brand name Great Indian Finest Traditions. Reproduction without permission is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in curating and packaging every hamper, GiFT Bharat is not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers, events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), or misuse of products after delivery.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
